Each session will start out with coaching and goal planning and end with subconscious change work to solidify new beliefs and leave you feeling confident and motivated!

Voxer text or voice messaging M-F is offered as a bonus in-between calls. Calls may be scheduled 24 hours - 2 months in advance. 

While you're a private client you will have access to my evergreen, self-paced programs. These are included as a bonus and are not required for our work together as a private client.
